Welcome to Little Peach Creations. By visiting our website, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please review these terms before completing your purchase.
1. Products and Services
Little Peach Creations offers custom apparel, merchandise, personalized products, freshly baked goods, and other products that may be added to our store from time to time.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or refuse the sale of any product or service at our discretion.
2. Custom Orders
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all information submitted for custom orders, including:
- Names and spelling
- Sizes
- Colors
- Quantities
- Designs
- Logos
- Images
- Placement and other customization details
Once production has started, custom orders generally cannot be changed or canceled.
Colors displayed on phones, computers, or other screens may vary slightly from the finished product.
3. Customer-Provided Designs
By submitting a logo, photograph, graphic, phrase, trademark, or other material for a custom order, you confirm that you have permission or the legal right to use that material.
Little Peach Creations may refuse to reproduce any design or content that we believe infringes another person’s rights or that we otherwise choose not to produce.
4. Fresh Baked Goods
Our baked goods are made fresh and are perishable.
Customers are responsible for proper storage and handling after pickup or delivery. Because food products are perishable, baked goods are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges.
Any problems with a baked order should be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.
Please review available ingredient and allergen information before consuming our products if you have food allergies or dietary restrictions.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
Payment is required according to the terms shown at checkout or provided with a custom order.
An order is not considered confirmed until required payment or deposit has been received.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, or other listing errors and to cancel or refund an affected order when necessary.
6. Order Processing
Production and processing times are estimates unless a specific deadline has been agreed to in writing.
Custom products may require additional production time.
We will make reasonable efforts to complete orders within the estimated timeframe, but delays caused by shipping carriers, suppliers, equipment issues, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.
7. Local Pickup
Customers selecting local pickup are responsible for collecting their order within the agreed pickup timeframe.
Fresh baked goods that are not picked up at the scheduled time may not qualify for replacement or refund because of their perishable nature.
8. Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Little Peach Creations is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is shipped again.
9. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, incorrect orders, custom products, and baked goods are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
By completing a purchase, customers agree to review and follow that policy.
10. Product Care
Customers are responsible for following any care instructions provided with apparel, merchandise, or other products.
Damage resulting from improper washing, drying, storage, handling, or use is not considered a manufacturing defect.
11. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, pricing, availability, and other information.
However, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors or update information when necessary.
12. Prohibited Use
You may not use our website, products, designs, photographs, branding, or services for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes the rights of Little Peach Creations or another person.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original photographs, graphics, logos, website content, branding, and designs created and owned by Little Peach Creations may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or distributed without permission.
Customer-owned logos and artwork remain the property of their respective owners.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Little Peach Creations will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or misuse of our products, website, or services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
15. Refusal or Cancellation of Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including orders involving suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, unavailable materials, inappropriate content, or circumstances that prevent us from reasonably completing the order.
If we cancel a paid order before production because we are unable to fulfill it, any applicable refund will be processed according to our refund procedures.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. The version posted on our website at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction unless otherwise required by law.
17. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by applicable laws of the State of Oklahoma and the United States, without limiting any consumer rights that may apply based on the customer’s location.
